NTSP 1.1

The NTSP app, provided free of charge by the National Tracheostomy Safety Project (UK), offers current and evidence-based guidance for managing tracheostomy and laryngectomy emergencies. Its content is designed to support medical, nursing, and allied health professionals across both hospital and community settings.

The emergency algorithms incorporated within the app are the result of a collaborative effort involving key stakeholders in airway and tracheostomy care. These algorithms are accessible for immediate use during crises and are supplemented with interactive links to videos that demonstrate and elucidate critical steps in emergency management, requiring an internet connection.

Additional resources are available through the parent website, www.tracheostomy.org.uk, including links to our e-Learning for Healthcare self-directed modules.
